The Article Formula feature allows users to define and manage the formulas and recipes used in their production processes while creating Article. Through Article formula you can auto create pieces, cutpart and BOM of given article. Article formula also give user an option to add Raw material and Define specific task that is needed for the creation of given Article.

In Nucleus Production Module, a Purchase Order is a type of transaction that allows a company to outsource a specific production process or task to a subcontractor. This can be used when a company does not have the necessary resources or expertise in-house to complete the task. In Nucleus software on behalf of sku-filter, a purchase order is requested with a detailed option for components. There is also an option of Adjust PO in category like (A, B, C). User can also auto create receiving against respected PO.
You can create job with or without Bill of Materials (BoM). You can create a job with both single and multiple operations. There is also an option of pre and post cutting Quantity in job creation. The feature allows users to assign job for different production Operation, such as Cutting, stitching, pressing, or packaging. It captures all necessary information, including the product being produced, quantity, Actual and schedule start and end dates. The creation of work orders includes the choice between having tasks or not, as well as flexible consumption. You can also create work order automatically from manufacturing job tree view Option.
An article during production passes through various operations i.e. Cutting, Stitching, and Finishing. These operations can be performed internally or sub-contract. This information can be defined in Nucleus Software.
