Hajj

The Hajj Management Module streamlines the complete Hajj workflow, including company quota setup, package option and Hajj package creation, applicant registration, quotations, bookings, purchasing of package options, and issuance of purchased package options to Hajj applicants. It also features SKU management for Stock and Expense Items, allowing stock and expense items to be purchased and only Stock Items to be issued to Hajj applicants.

Hajj Company

The Hajj Company setup process begins with entering the company’s basic information into the system. This includes recording the official company name, defining the Hajj quota (the number of applicants the company is authorized to send for Hajj), and specifying the city in which the company is based.

The quota represents the total number of hajj applicants the company can manage for a particular Hajj season.

Package Options

The Hajj Package Options feature provides configurable options for:

  • Hotels
  • Airlines
  • Transport
  • Trains
  • Visas
  • Meals
  • Other Services

These options are used to create Hajj packages, ensuring a structured and flexible package setup

Packages

The package creation process starts with creating a Package Option. After the Package Option is created, it is used during Hajj Package creation, where the package can include multiple package options and additional upgrade package options. Once created, the package can also be used during the booking process for customer reservations and travel management.

Applicants

The Applicants Module is designed to efficiently manage and maintain complete Hajj applicant records, including personal information, passport details, contact information, Flight details of arrival and departure and booking & package references. It helps Hajj operators organize Hajj applicants data accurately, streamline booking and documentation processes.

Booking

The booking process begins with quotation creation by selecting the Hajj package, applicants, and currency. Based on the selected currency, relevant package options are automatically loaded for selection. Additional add-ons and upgraded services can also be included in the package through Package Upgrades. Once the quotation is approved, it is converted into a confirmed booking.

Purchase Requirement Generation

It generates booking-wise requirements for Hajj applicants based on the selected package, helping your team easily plan and manage purchases for hotels, transport, visas, meals, and other essential services with greater accuracy and efficiency.

Purchasing

After the booking is confirmed, the system manages the purchasing of required package options based on the applicant’s booking details and selected package options. This includes accommodation, transport, visa, meals, and other travel-related services to ensure smooth Hajj operations and complete fulfillment of Hajj applicant requirements.

Issuance

After the required package options are purchased according to the booking, they are issued to the respective Hajj applicant. The issuance process includes accommodation, transport, visa, meals, airline tickets, and other services. The module also supports SKU issuance for stock items and allows airline ticket issuance by updating the applicant’s flight details within the system.

Reporting

The reporting module provides an overview of activities across the Hajj management process. It enables users to generate reports related to company setup, packages, applicants, bookings, purchasing, and issuance. These reports help monitor records, review operational data, and track system activities, supporting better visibility and management of the overall Hajj operations.
